Product Information & Customization

Fielder Keepsakes specializes in hand-decorated porcelain tableware and gifts. Each item is decorated to order, which means that slight variations in color, placement, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and should be expected. Customizations such as shop names, cities, and patterns are provided according to customer specifications. We ask that customers review order details carefully before submission, as Fielder Keepsakes cannot be held responsible for errors once an order has entered production. Minimum order quantities may apply, and these will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Wholesale customers must log in with an approved account to view wholesale pricing. Payment in full is required before production begins, unless a different arrangement has been made in writing with Fielder Keepsakes.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our location in Hayden Lake, Idaho, USA. Delivery times will vary depending on customization requirements and the size of the order, and estimated lead times will be provided during order confirmation. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, Fielder Keepsakes cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom decorated to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. Exceptions will only be considered in the case of items damaged during transit or incorrect items shipped due to our error. Customers must provide photographic proof of damage within seven days of delivery in order to request a replacement or resolution. If you believe there has been an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to find a solution.
